This is a very early Grand Seiko 6146, manufactured in October 1967 (7O01XXX).
I believe sales started in December of the same year, which means this could be one of the first pieces displayed.
I've seen examples manufactured in November (N) and December (D), but I've never seen one from October (O) before.
It's definitely an early model.
The dial has some discoloration, but it gives it a nice vintage feel.
