*Yu-Packet Post has weight restrictions of 2kg and dimensions within 34cm in length and a total of 60cm for the three sides. Given these limitations, even 80 Churu sticks will be a tight fit in terms of size. 120 sticks will be even more so. For example, 120 sticks in 3 bags alone weigh approximately 1990g. Since the post office is very strict about size and weight restrictions, we will use OPP bags and other methods to make the package as compact and light as possible, even by 1mm or 1g. We understand that the packaging may be quite tight, but this is done to reduce shipping costs and offer Churu at the lowest possible price amidst rising prices. We kindly ask for your understanding and purchase only if you agree with this. We pack each item with care and attention, so we appreciate your understanding.
*Since we are shipping via Yu-Packet Post, if the package does not fit in your mailbox, it may be left at your door, delivered in person, or a delivery attempt notice may be left for you to pick it up. If your mailbox is small, it may not fit. If a delivery attempt notice is left, please contact the post office to arrange a delivery time and ensure you receive the package.
*We will do our best to ship on weekends and holidays for the buyer's convenience, but we may also take days off.
*To prevent damage from heat, we will post the package just before the last collection time.
*Please request bundles of 4 sets or more. We cannot offer discounts as shipping costs are already factored in.
*Requests for price reductions will be deleted without a reply.
*Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
