*The Yu-Packet Post service has restrictions on weight (up to 2kg) and dimensions (within 34cm for the longest side and within 60cm for the sum of three sides). Given these limitations, even 80 Churu sticks already fill the package tightly. 120 sticks will be even more so. For example, three bags of 120 sticks weigh approximately 1990g. Since the post office is very strict about size and weight limits, we will use OPP bags and other methods to make the package as compact and light as possible, even by 1mm or 1g. We understand that the packaging may be quite tight, but this is done to reduce shipping costs and offer the Churu at the lowest possible price amidst rising prices. We kindly ask for your understanding and purchase only if you agree with this. We pack each item with care and attention, so we appreciate your understanding. (*^-^*)
*Since we are using Yu-Packet Post for shipping, if the package does not fit in your mailbox, it may be left at your doorstep, delivered in person, or a delivery notice may be left for you to pick it up. If your mailbox is small, it may not fit. If a delivery notice is left, please contact the post office to arrange a delivery time and ensure you receive the package.
*We will ship on weekends and holidays whenever possible to prioritize our customers, but we may also take days off.
*To minimize heat damage, we will drop off the package at the post office just before the collection time.
*Please request bundle purchases for 4 sets or more. We cannot offer discounts as the shipping costs will offset any savings.
*Comments requesting price reductions will be deleted without a reply.
*Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. (*^-^*)
