Description
Ohishiba & Mehishiba Blend - 160g bag
Harvested on the same day,
but even when dried together, the colors are a mix of yellow and green.
As moisture decreases during drying, the weight becomes about 1/3 of when freshly picked.
These have been intentionally left uncut,
so you can cut them to your desired length and roast them,
or boil them as is.
Grown without pesticides, we regularly hand-harvest what grows.
Collected from a garden not facing a road.
Fertilizer and nutrients absorbed.
No exhaust fumes, dog/cat waste.
Saw-shelled crabs were found nearby.
Grown in clean water.

If you wish for freshly picked, please wait until summer.
I believe the dried product offers better value in terms of quantity and price.
We still have plenty in stock.
It's also possible to reduce the quantity for a trial.
We can cut them for you as a service if requested.
