I just purchased this item on Mercari for 12,000 yen and it arrived recently.
It powers on and works, but requires a bit of a knack to use and I found it difficult, so I am reselling it.

My checks:
- Power: OK
- Infrared heater (both upper and lower): OK
- Fan (warm air): OK

- The roller guard is missing.
- The tabs on the guard for the small lower infrared section are broken in a couple of places, so the guard tends to fall off easily.
- There are 2 cracks on the plastic part behind the rollers (this does not affect use).
- The switch contact is a bit poor and requires a knack to operate.
- The power cord has been extended (likely by myself). (It's long, which is good...)
