【Craftsman Specification】Folding Folding Ruler (1m) for Construction, Carpentry, and DIY

Thank you for looking.

These items are being sold as part of the liquidation of belongings from a relative who was in the construction and real estate business.

This is a folding ruler (folding scale) that was carefully used in construction sites, design, and measurement work. Unlike a regular tape measure, it does not bend in the middle, making it very convenient for single-person vertical/horizontal measurements, DIY, and construction-related work.

■ Product Condition

?Size: Approximately 1m in total length (please check the scale in the photo)
?Color: Yellow
?Condition: There are signs of use, minor scuffs, and dirt as it was used in actual sites and for work.
?The folding mechanism operates smoothly, the scale is clearly visible, and there are no issues with actual use.

■ Shipping

The item will be folded and shipped wrapped in cushioning material (bubble wrap, etc.). We plan to use anonymous shipping (Mercari delivery).

■ Other

Please understand that this is a used item that was actively used in professional settings for many years before purchasing.

Immediate purchase is welcome. Thank you.
