Dolly/Rack Cart for Transporting and Storing Flour Bags, with Casters, for Bakeries and Confectioneries

This is a custom-made dolly (with casters).

It is made using Yazaki Kako's Erector Pipe (Φ28).
It was actually used in a bakery workshop as a rack for moving and storing 4 bags of 25kg flour (plus a little extra) indoors.
(Approximate flour bag size: 15×43×77cm).

Because it is made of Erector Pipe, it has rigidity and was stably used for commercial purposes.
The platform for placing flour uses 18mm thick laminated wood, finished with natural oil coating for food safety.
With casters, even heavy flour bags can be moved smoothly.
*Flour bags in cardboard boxes shown in the photos are not included.

[Movable Bar (See Photos 1 & 2)]
The bar in the front has a hinged, movable structure.
When loading or unloading flour bags, the bar is raised for easier work, and when moving or storing, the bar is lowered to prevent the flour bags from shifting or falling.

Center-to-center dimensions of the pipes:

[Design and Structure]
The image resembling a design drawing is a self-made reference diagram created to match the product's dimensions, based on Yazaki Kako's official Erector Pipe (Φ28) documentation.
It is assembled with components that reflect the official documentation.

[Load Capacity]
In actual use, it was used without problems for moving and storing 4 bags of 25kg flour (equivalent to approx. 100kg) plus a little extra indoors.
*Load capacity is not a guaranteed figure, but an estimate based on actual use.

[Condition]
There are minor scratches and scuffs from use.
There are no cracks or major damage. Sold as-is.
