Description
This is a punch that can create loose-leaf paper.
It can punch 30 holes for A4 paper and 26 holes for B5 paper.
You can create loose-leaf paper by:
1. Securing the paper to the guide.
2. Precisely setting the hole punching position.
3. Aligning the protrusion on the punch part with the indentation on the guide part and punching.

I used this to cut out necessary pages from reference books I no longer needed, punch holes in them, and file them.
There are no noticeable scratches, but please consider this a used item and make your decision accordingly.
