This unit was recently used for work.
My work is in renovation (custom work, fixtures, furniture, appliances, etc.).
It was used in good condition with no shaft play, but I am selling it because I decided to use a different unit.

The rubber on the housing was badly peeled, so I replaced it with a new one.

Thank you for your consideration.
