Light blue floral Chinese dress, short sleeves. Size unknown, approximately M.

This is a Chinese dress my daughter received from an acquaintance.
She hasn't had a chance to wear it, and has only tried it on once.
However, since it was a gift, I don't know how often it was worn before.
It seems to be custom-made, so the size is unknown.
Please refer to the photos for measurements.
The fabric is sturdy and doesn't stretch, so it's best suited for someone who can wear it with some room.
The embroidery is beautiful, and the color is a mint green-like, or perhaps a light blue.
The first photo is the closest to the actual color.
