This is a large, two-tiered type, so it can hold quite a lot! (^_^)

You can put rice in the lower section and toppings like oyako-don, tempura-don, Chinese seafood stir-fry, curry, etc., in the upper container. You can then pour the toppings over the rice just before eating! (???)/≈

Of course, you can also use it for regular meals with side dishes and rice, or mixed rice...
It's very convenient as you can put various types of rice in it by itself! ?

There is a small dent on the upper lid, but it does not affect the inside at all. It is sturdy.
Despite its appearance, the lid has a considerable weight, and it seems to be solidly made...
? This is just my personal opinion, please understand ?

If you put the side dishes on the rice before eating, the rice won't get soggy, giving you a freshly made feel.
If you put noodles in the thermal container and place the side dish container on top when eating, you can enjoy pasta and udon deliciously.
The vacuum double-layer construction also provides high cooling effect, keeping salads cold!
Only the inner container and lid can be used in the microwave (lid removed).
