Wahl Chrome Style Hair Clippers - Barber - Junk Item

Description
- Product
This is a Wall Company chrome-style hair clipper from the United States, purchased about 20 years ago. It is currently not working.
Last year, I charged it for the first time in over a decade, and it worked perfectly. However, when I tried to charge it recently to use it, it would charge but would not turn on.
I'm not very knowledgeable about these kinds of tools, so I don't know if it can be fixed with a simple repair.
You could fix it yourself for DIY use, or it might be nice to use as store display furniture in a barber shop. Unlike Japanese clippers, this is a product with a lot of character.
The first photo is an image of it used as store display furniture. You will only receive the clipper set.
