【17mm】Australian Christmas Beetle Platinum Scarab Specimen
Scientific Name: Unknown
Australia's seasons are the opposite of Japan's, so Christmas falls in early summer.
Around that time, several types of beautiful scarab beetles seem to become active and are apparently called Christmas Beetles.
We apologize, but we cannot guarantee against grade reduction due to shipping. Please understand.
We will ship the specimen pictured, collected in Cooktown, Queensland, Australia. It was collected in January 2014. My measurement indicates a body length of 17mm.
