I would like to pass this on to those who wish to go on the pilgrimage but are unable to for various reasons.
The beads of the 88 En-dama Prayer Beads are made with cherry blossoms, symbolizing the Japanese spirit, and each bead is engraved with the Sanskrit character of the principal image and the temple name of each temple. The 88 Green En-dama Prayer Beads are special prayer beads that include crystal representing the Buddhist deities of the mandala based on the teachings of the Shikoku Pilgrimage, as well as gemstones in western colors and tassels in four colors.
