Clover-glazed lighter-shaped portable atomizer

Description
This cloisonné enamel product from NACON JAPAN was purchased in Nagoya nearly 20 years ago. It is unused, but upon removing it from the box for listing, I noticed rust on the screw for the perfume compartment at the bottom. Please be aware of this before considering your purchase. As this is a retro item, it might be of interest to collectors.
