These are upland rice seedlings (for cultivation in fields, etc.), not paddy rice seedlings. You can enjoy growing them in your home garden or planters. Why not give them a try?
Planting is currently underway in Miyazaki. We have some extra seedlings, so we are listing a portion of them. They are in the best condition now, and it's best to plant them early to allow for a longer growth period.
