Green perilla can be used for green perilla onigiri (rice balls), dried and made into furikake (sprinkles), or brewed into green perilla tea. For onigiri, season green perilla with sesame oil, salt, and granulated consommé, then form into rice balls.
Apple mint is great for garnishing dishes or adding fragrance to teas like mulberry leaf tea!
You can also choose different varieties!
