This is a type of insect-repellent herb famous for repelling mosquitoes.
In countries like Australia, the leaves are rubbed on the skin as a mosquito repellent.

It is a creeping variety that spreads and grows about 1 meter.
It is strong in both summer and winter. Even if it withers in winter, new shoots will emerge in spring without pruning.
(The last photo shows cuttings taken in 2025, with many new shoots emerging in the spring of 2026.)

It is said to prefer sunny, dry conditions, but
we have grown it in both sunny and dry, and shady and humid locations, and it grows well in both.
It is easy for beginners to grow.

We will ship it bare-root, removed from the pot, via Yu-Packet Post Mini.

We will leave as much soil as possible around the roots and ship it with moisture retention to prevent drying.
Shipping will be via Yu-Packet Post Mini from Kanagawa Prefecture.
We will use recycled materials for packaging.

For those in distant locations or concerned about delivery time,
we can change to Nekoposu for an additional 80 yen (shipping difference, box fee). Please let us know before purchasing.

Due to the shipping environment, leaves may wilt. Please purchase only if you understand this as a characteristic of plants.
