This is a France Bed semi-double spring mattress. The mattress comes with a warranty card.
There are no pets or smokers in the household.
No food or drinks were consumed on the bed.
Purchased 5 years ago, but only used for 1 year and stored at home for 4 years.
It is relatively clean with no pilling, scuffs, or tears on the mattress fabric.
The mattress was regularly cleaned and rotated to prevent sagging, so I believe it is in good condition. The frame has a convenient built-in outlet and is very clean.

Due to extremely high shipping costs, local pickup is preferred. We are looking for someone who can pick it up near Nishi-Chiba Station in Chiba Prefecture. The frame will likely be disassembled for pickup, as it may not fit through the house entrance. In that case, the buyer will be responsible for assembly. The screws used will be provided.
