[G14] World's Largest Hosta (Empress Wu)

This is Empress Wu, said to be the largest among hostas.
It takes 2-3 years to reach its full size, but it's very enjoyable to grow as you can see it get bigger each year. It generally grows to over 1 meter in height.

The second image shows the item that will be shipped.

Large hostas are impressive. They also require very little maintenance, such as weeding (just a light clearing of undergrowth). Why not try growing one as a symbol plant for your garden? The flower spikes can reach 1.5m to 1.8m, are very refreshing, and are quite a sight.

The first and third photos show the parent plant. It dies back in winter, sprouts in spring, and becomes a giant plant around May-June.

★Empress Wu
This is said to be the world's largest hosta. It was born from Big Daddy.
It is a prize-winning variety that has received many awards.

Also, a large number of seeds are produced after flowering, so please try sowing them if you are interested. You might create a new variety.

It is planted in a 3.5-inch (10.5cm diameter) pot. It will be sent in the pot.
We plan to ship via the 4th Class Mail, but if the weight exceeds the limit, we will send it via YuYu Mercari便.

Shipping will be on Friday or Monday. We will adjust if the corresponding day is a public holiday.
(4th Class Mail does not deliver on holidays and public holidays. We try to adjust so that the arrival date is not a holiday or public holiday.)
