39.60 $
Description
Please refer to the photos for size.
This item is a two-tiered lacquered box in the Kutani ware Akakomon Shukunshi design, a traditional Japanese craft. It features a finely drawn red pattern with the Four Gentlemen (plum, bamboo, orchid, and chrysanthemum) and birds depicted in vibrant colors.
It is perfect for serving Osechi Ryori (New Year's food) during the New Year holidays, but can also be used as a lidded bowl or confectionery container for everyday use. It has been used 2-3 times in my household, so it is a used item, but it is in beautiful condition, almost like new. The original box is not included, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive or seeking perfection. We look forward to hearing from those who understand and accept home storage.
