Arita Ware Kosen Kiln Hand-Painted Sometsuke Three-Tiered Jubako (Bento Box) with Fusuke Pattern and Flower-Bird Motif, Ceramic

? Beautiful three-tier tiered box from Kosen Kiln, Arita ware ?

This piece is attractive for its elegant hand-painted designs in sometsuke (blue and white porcelain painting). The striking feature is the gorgeous composition surrounding the central circular window, known as Fuyo-de (Peony pattern).

Auspicious motifs such as bird and flower patterns and scroll designs are meticulously depicted, creating a luxurious design that evokes a sense of Japanese aesthetics.

It can be used for a wide range of purposes, including New Year's Osechi cuisine, entertaining guests, as a Japanese modern interior decoration, or for storing small items.

It has a warmth and presence unique to ceramic ware, and looks lovely even just displayed.

A dedicated wooden box is not included.

As this is a pre-owned item stored at home, please check the condition in the photos.
