This HSS-Co M35 steel step drill has a titanium nitride coating on its surface, making it harder than conventional step drills, achieving a hardness of HRC89.
Furthermore, its heat resistance and film hardness are increased, improving durability.

It can easily drill holes in stainless steel plates (up to 2mm), aluminum plates, copper plates, iron plates (up to 5mm), wood, plastic, FRP, resin, etc., as well as enlarge pilot holes, chamfer, and deburr.

The hexagonal shank allows it to be used with impact drivers, electric drills, and cordless drills. It is excellent in heat resistance and abrasion resistance, can sufficiently handle cutting friction heat, and ensures reliable cutting.
