About Shipping

The seedlings you will receive are shown in photos 8 and beyond. Please check them.

We will ship them in their pots.
This minimizes damage to the seedlings as the root ball will not be disturbed, and they can be transplanted immediately upon arrival.

Shipping Method
- Yu-Packet Post (the pot will be slightly flattened and packed horizontally)
- The roots will be wrapped in moistened tissue, then placed in a plastic bag and secured in a box with ventilation holes. Warning labels such as This Side Up will be attached to the box, but the box may be handled horizontally by the delivery person during actual delivery.
Please purchase only if you agree to this.
- Seedlings grow daily, so they may be larger than pictured or have slightly different leaf shapes.

We are concerned about damage to the seedlings during transport. We recommend purchasing from relatively nearby locations, such as the Kanto region.

Please understand that the orientation of the seedlings and leaf breakage may occur during shipping.
As this is a home-grown plant by an amateur, there may be insects, broken leaves, insect damage, or dirt and debris attached.

The shipping environment is beyond the seller's control.

Please be sure to check the size in the photos and description. Please refrain from rating based on subjective reasons such as smaller than I expected.

Thank you for your understanding.
