Butterfly Bush (Buddleja) - Bare Root Plant - R

Shipping date: Please see profile ☆ Please read the profile and product description before commenting, requesting bundled purchases, or buying.

This is a seedling that was propagated by cuttings this year.

This is the famous Buddleja, a flower that attracts butterflies ☆ It blooms from June to October. (This may vary depending on the region.) It grows quickly. Even during recent heatwaves in Aichi Prefecture, it showed no signs of weakness and is strong against both heat and cold. It is a deciduous tree, but in my area of Aichi Prefecture, it is evergreen.

Every day, swallowtail butterflies, blue-spotted swallowtail butterflies, crimson swallowtail butterflies, and blue-winged butterflies gather in my garden to feed on nectar ☆ They are so engrossed in feeding that they don't fly away easily. They do not lay eggs, so even those who dislike caterpillars can rest assured.

Recommended for those who want to create a butterfly garden ☆
