Super rare tropical fruit tree - Achacha seedling, set of 4
Achacha is a tropical fruit tree native to Bolivia, South America, belonging to the Garcinia genus of the Clusiaceae family, with the scientific name Garcinia humilis. It is a relative of the mangosteen and has been gaining popularity in recent years due to its sweet, sour, and refined taste.
The fruit has a thick orange peel (about 5-8 cm) and white, juicy flesh with a refreshing sweetness and pleasant acidity.
These seedlings were germinated from seeds sown last year after we enjoyed eating the fruit.
We are selling them now due to scaling down our cultivation operations.
