Used on a wide double bed. A separate sheet and mattress pad were used during use. Used for less than 1 year and stored in a dark room for about 3 years after it was no longer used. Subjectively, I believe the condition is good considering the usage period. The images show everything included; the warranty card is not present. This is a used item, so please only purchase if you understand and accept that it is pre-owned. Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted.
