We will do our best to pack carefully and meticulously. To save on shipping costs, we ship with minimal packaging. If the sapling does not fit the size, we may bend the tips of the branches or trim them to fit. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor branch breakage, soil spillage, or leaf drop. Please understand that there is a possibility of branches breaking or fruit falling due to movement within the box during packing and transit. We await purchases from those who understand this possibility. We cannot respond to complaints about broken branches or fallen fruit after delivery. Regarding the variety of the sapling, I have managed it from cuttings to transplanting into pots. We await purchases from those who trust us. There may be insect damage on the leaves. Weeds may grow on the cultivation soil. The saplings are grown in direct sunlight without shading, so there may be leaf burn. In the event of an animal or wind-related accident causing the pot to fall or tip over, resulting in broken branches, or if the purchased sapling goes missing, this transaction will be canceled unconditionally by both parties. If the delivery person from Kuroneko Yamato determines that the cardboard box is damaged upon receipt and there is a possibility of damage to the sapling, please inform the delivery person and refuse to accept the package.
