This is a 3-year-old cutting seedling that has started to sprout new shoots.
The above-ground height is approximately 11 cm.

Female kiwi plants are less hardy than male plants and often struggle to grow and die. Therefore, the seedling is crucial. A seemingly healthy seedling will produce excellent fruit in the future. You can plant several times more female trees than male trees. They can suddenly die. If you replant a seedling after it dies, it will take another 6, 7, 8 years to see fruit (when planted in the ground). Why not prepare a spare tree?

This is a female tree, so please provide your own male tree. We recommend varieties like Tomuri, as their flowering times align.

We will ship via Nekoposu (Japanese postal service for small packages) by removing some soil from the root ball and wrapping it. The Nekoposu box is 3 cm thick, so the root ball will need to be slightly compressed, but this will not affect its subsequent growth.

Nekoposu usually arrives within 1-2 days, excluding remote islands. It is delivered to your mailbox, so please check your mailbox. We have had customers who left the seedling in the mailbox for too long, causing it to die. In case of damage during transit, Mercari will provide compensation. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please take photos and contact Mercari's customer support for damaged items. Mercari will investigate. The compensation will result in a cancellation and a refund of your purchase price. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

If the item does not fit in the Nekoposu box, it will be shipped via the 4th Class Mail service on Mondays.

Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly sensitive or seeking perfection. I aim for a friendly flea market experience between individuals.
