We have information on cultivation. If you wish, we can send you the files by email. We will do our best to pack carefully and meticulously. To save on shipping costs, we ship with minimal packaging. If it does not fit the size, we will bend the tips of the branches or cut them to fit. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor branch breakage, soil spillage, or leaf drop. Please understand that there is a possibility that branches may break or fruits may fall due to the movement of the seedling within the box during packing and transit. We await purchases from those who understand this. However, we cannot respond to any complaints if branches are broken or fruits have fallen after receipt. Regarding the variety of the seedlings, I manage them from cuttings to transplanting into pots. We await purchases from those who trust us. There may be insect damage on the leaves. There may be grass growing on the cultivation soil. The leaves may be sunburnt as they are cultivated in direct sunlight without shading. In the event of an animal or wind-related accident causing the pot to fall or tip over, resulting in broken branches, or if the purchased seedling goes missing, this transaction will be canceled unconditionally by both parties. If, upon receipt, the delivery person from Kuroneko Yamato indicates that the cardboard box is damaged and there is a possibility of damage to the seedling, please inform the delivery person and refuse to accept the delivery.
