This is a vintage hand drill.
It is a classic drill tool with a wooden handle and metal gears.
It is a tool for manually drilling holes in wood, etc.
By turning the handle, the gears engage and the chuck at the tip rotates. There are no issues with the chuck's rotation, but we do not have a compatible bit and have not used it since acquiring it, so its performance is unknown.
