8. Hydrangea "Lullaby" 10.5cm Pot KAMO Select Genuine Product with Label

This is a young plant of Kamo Selection Lullaby.
The parent plant bloomed in a warm pink.
It is a single, hydrangea-like bloom.

We do not ship bare-root.
We will ship in the pot via the 4th class mail service.
The 4th class mail service does not have compensation or tracking, so
we personally provide Tamakuma Compensation (explained below).

We utilize Japan Post's delivery rule of hand-to-hand delivery for items that do not fit in the mailbox
and intentionally pack the item so it will not fit in the mailbox.
(It may fit in some mailboxes.)

We always ship from the post office counter.
We are committed to a shipping process where the item is handed from person to person,
from beginning to end.

If you are not home, a delivery notice will be left, so please
request redelivery at your convenience or
pick it up at the post office.
(This will effectively result in a designated delivery time.)

We prioritize a comfortable journey for the plant.

We adjust the soil moisture so the roots can breathe easily
and pack it for good ventilation.
It is packed so it won't be turned upside down or sideways,
and it's clear from the outside that it's a plant.

For shipments via 4th class mail only,
in case of postal accidents such as loss or damage,
we will send the same type of item or an equivalent item free of charge.
We may ask for your address.

For damage, an image confirmation is required.
Loss is limited to cases where the recipient is not at fault.
Please understand that refunds are not possible.

The following cases are not covered by compensation.
* Receiving the item later, such as in a delivery box.
* If you have already left a review.
* If it takes more than 8 days to receive the item, including postal delays.

?? Tamakuma Compensation only covers 4th class mail.
?? For accidents with Mercari delivery, please contact the responsible department.
