ABC - Alphabetical order

Address book and approximately 20 pages of notebook
Ring-bound notebook type

Very old item
Unused, but there is age-related deterioration on the cover, etc.

Please do not purchase immediately as I need to confirm stock.
If you purchase immediately, I will cancel the order with the reason buyer made a mistake.

I have to write this because there are still many people who buy without reading the description, thinking it's cheap, it's 300 yen with shipping, and cause trouble.

If this is bothersome, please purchase from sellers who allow immediate purchases.

#Buy 2 for 450 yen (300 yen items)
Cannot combine after purchase, so please use the bundle feature or comment.
2 items for 300 yen will be 450 yen.
Please comment before purchasing.
Requests for combining after purchase will be treated as buyer's convenience cancellations, so please be aware.

Do not purchase immediately ?
If you purchase immediately without reading my profile or name, I may cancel the order due to buyer's convenience (lack of confirmation). Please comment before purchasing and buy after confirming the condition based on my reply.
Reason: Due to many listings, I need to confirm stock, and all items (even unused/unopened) can deteriorate with age. Those who buy immediately without proper confirmation, only looking at the price, and then complain or cause trouble are always the ones who buy without reading the profile or name.

*Immediate purchase is allowed only for official buyers.

I do not wish for silent transactions.
I consider greetings and thank yous to be basic etiquette for transactions.

If paying at a convenience store, please let me know the payment date.

Please provide the received item evaluation within 48 hours of receipt.
If you will be late, please contact me.
Failure to provide received item evaluation will be reported as a nuisance.

Returns are at the buyer's expense, using the same method as shipping. I will cover the shipping costs.
If you are in Okinawa or remote islands, please inform me.

For template discount messages like I am considering purchasing, and if you could offer a discount, how much would it be possible to lower the price to?, I will respond with a flat 10 yen discount.

However, I do not offer discounts for items under 500 yen.
I also do not wish to discount items under 1000 yen.
After deducting Mercari shipping fees and commissions, there is almost no profit left.

? I will not offer discounts to those who demand discounts from others while not discounting their own items.
