New, unused. True Sleeper Premier Rich (with scratches)

This is a new, unopened item, but it has scratches!

True Sleeper
Premier Rich
Semi-double size
Includes dedicated inner cover

I am listing this item on behalf of my uncle.
He purchased it about 1.5 years ago and kept it unused in his home closet.
Apparently, when he took it out of the closet, it caught on a metal fitting of the door, resulting in the scratches shown in the photos.
It was stored unopened until then.

* In photos 1 and 2, the scratches extend into the urethane foam.
* In photos 4 and 5, the outer plastic film is torn, but it doesn't appear to have reached the mattress itself. However, since it's unopened, this cannot be confirmed definitively.
* In photo 3, the outer plastic film has scratches but does not appear to be torn.

Although it is new and unused, it has the scratches mentioned above, so I am offering it at a lower price.
Please only purchase if you understand and accept the presence of these scratches. If you are even slightly concerned, please refrain from purchasing.

* Shipping will be done by wrapping the item in bubble wrap and then in kraft paper.

The True Sleeper single duvet listed separately was a set that came with this mattress.

Please review the contents and photos carefully before purchasing. Thank you for your understanding.
