Cornus hongkongensis

The evergreen *Cornus hongkongensis* is attractive with its delicate white flowers and beautiful tree shape.
This is an evergreen *Cornus* species often used as a symbol tree.
The multi-stemmed form, which allows you to enjoy a natural atmosphere, is very popular.
Compared to deciduous *Cornus*, it is characterized by blooming small flowers densely.
The leaves are a bright green color and turn red, allowing you to enjoy the contrast of the foliage.
The white flowers that bloom in early summer have good longevity, and the sight of them in full bloom is spectacular.
While *Cornus* is typically a deciduous tree, this species is a semi-hardy evergreen *Cornus*.
It will shed some leaves in autumn to winter, but you can also enjoy the Momiji in autumn.
