Description
Thank you for viewing my listing. (*^^*)
This is a set of 5 Zoni bowls featuring the Gyosomon (Fish and Seaweed Pattern) from Tachikichi (橘吉), a long-established Kyoto pottery maker.
The green shrimp, crab, and fish designs, which stand out against the vermilion background, are motifs that have been cherished since ancient times as lucky charms symbolizing prosperity and longevity. The excitement of opening the lid will make your New Year's and celebratory occasions even more special.
[Condition]
- Kept carefully at home, unused.
- While the outer box (tomo-bako) shows some signs of age-related wear, the bowls themselves are in beautiful condition.
- The Tachikichi mark is present on the bottom.
[Approximate Size]
- Diameter: 12.5 cm
- Height (including lid): 9.5 cm
*Please allow for slight errors due to amateur measurements.
