This is the popular Wink Eye Shade Primer (outer box) from JAVIN DE SEOUL, a contemporary Korean cosmetics brand. It's a highly functional liquid matte primer that can be used multi-purposefully as an eye makeup base (primer), a single eyeshadow, for tear duct makeup, as a blush, and even as a shading product.

Long-lasting without creasing: Its creamy texture absorbs excess sebum and adheres perfectly to the eyelids. The waterproof formula is resistant to sweat and water, preventing eye makeup from creasing or settling into the crease. Enhances eyeshadow color payoff: When used as a base, it improves the color payoff of powder eyeshadows applied afterward.

Basic Usage: Apply dots: Using the included applicator, dab a small amount in a few spots on your eyelids. Blend quickly: It dries and adheres quickly, so immediately after application, use your fingertip or a brush to spread it thinly and evenly across the entire lid. Layer for variations: You can create a natural shaded eye look with just this product, or layer your favorite powder eyeshadows on top for a beautiful finish.
