Product Details:
Purchased over 20 years ago at a cafe near Lake Kawaguchi that dealt in antique accessories. This necklace is made by combining handmade lampwork beads, beads, and animal bones discovered in India hundreds of years ago with modern natural stones and beads. (Please also check images 2 and 3). The handmade lampwork bead is located in the center. The blue beads, which are the most numerous and irregularly shaped, are handmade beads. The two mottled cubic pieces are animal bones. These three types of materials were discovered in India. The two transparent wine-red pieces are natural stones, and the two transparent blue pieces are beads (one has a small chip - please check image 3). The two opaque brown pieces are beads. These three types of materials are modern. The clasp is made of brass with a deliberately subdued finish (image 7). The length, excluding the clasp, is approximately 37.5cm when the clasp is undone. Other than a small chip on one of the transparent beads, there are no major damages or stains, and the overall condition is considered good. This is a great bargain for those who understand used items and prefer antique accessories, vintage items, and one-of-a-kind pieces.
