Japan Medical Research Healthy Line Mattress

About 5 years ago, I was concerned about my lower back pain and my family's posture, so I purchased two sets on the recommendation of my chiropractor.

The firmness is almost unchanged from when I bought it.
There is some age-related deterioration.
Please purchase only if you understand this.

When I lie down, my body stretches and my fatigue is relieved.
Recommended for those suffering from lower back pain.

Sleep is important as it removes fatigue from waking and active hours, restores the body to a normal state, and heals mental fatigue. Healthy Line is bedding that meets the conditions for good sleep.

■ Posture is created at night

The key to returning poor posture to its natural, healthy state lies in the conditions during sleep.

To regain physiological curvature, the muscles are at rest, which means during sleep is the opportunity when it is not hindered by muscle function.

During sleep, bones, freed from muscle control, are influenced by what they are lying on. Therefore, bedding requires appropriate firmness. It is important that the bedding maintains a natural physiological curvature without burdening the body.

- Because of its point-support structure, it has less contact area compared to futons that support with a surface, making it less likely to impede blood flow.

- The structure prevents moisture buildup, so it doesn't need to be aired out as frequently as futons.

- The material used is cross-linked polyethylene foam sheet Toray Torepef, with a 10-layer structure: 3 layers for the winter side, 4 layers for the summer side, and 3 core layers.
