* The following is from the official description.
The PLOTTER Tempesti system notebook, popular for its high design quality, is based on Nordic raw leather BABELE, with a bold scratch finish applied to the surface. It is highly flexible, resistant to cracking, and develops a beautiful patina over time. Furthermore, it is a material with a complex manufacturing process: it undergoes an oil-vaquetta finish with nearly twice the usual amount of oil, the grain side is dyed 100% with dye, given a texture like a hemp sack after buffing, and finished with a wax coat. The inner edges (cut surfaces of the leather) are left unpolished and intentionally raw to showcase the material.

?BABELE?
This is the representative work of Italy's Tempesti company, a full vegetable-tanned leather using Nordic raw cow shoulder.
For the Nagasawa limited edition system notebook, this material is used as a base, with a bold scratch finish applied to the surface.
It is highly flexible, resistant to cracking, and its texture changes to a smooth, glossy feel.

?Tempesti?
Established in 1946, the company's origins date back over 100 years, and the Tempesti family has passed down traditional tanning methods for generations.
