This seal stand is crafted from Monkey Pod, a hardwood from Central and South America, famous for its association with Hitachi's Tree of Hitachi campaign. It is made almost exclusively from the white sapwood.
It is unpainted.
The trapezoidal wooden block measures:
Base: 120mm x Height: 50mm x Width: 29mm.
The hole diameter is 19mm, allowing it to store even large registered seals (jitsuin).
