I purchased this after trying it in-store and loving how smoothly it applied. However, I only own makeup that can be removed with soap, and this eyeliner cannot be removed with soap alone.
Considering this, I have decided to switch to another eyeliner that can be removed with soap, so I am listing this one for sale.
It appears to be a twist-up type, but once extended, it cannot be retracted, so I cannot show the remaining amount.
It has only been used once, so there is more than 90% remaining (I have listed it as Almost New because it was only used once).
