70s-80s USA Made Sears Padded Flannel M #830

This is a rather interesting piece.
It's a Sears check shirt made in the USA, but it's not just a flannel; it's a padded specification with PERMA-PREST printed on it. While it looks like a heavy wool-blend flannel, it's actually **50% cotton and 50% polyester**, a model made as wrinkle-resistant and easy-to-handle practical clothing typical of the era.

The blue x beige x gray color scheme is also very good, making it easy to wear and style even as vintage clothing. Furthermore, with its quilted lining filled with padding, it can be worn like a shirt jacket, which is a strong point.

Based on the PERMA-PREST marking, tag, and construction, it appears to be a USA-made item from the late 1970s to early 1980s.
