【Unused】 Aizu Lacquerware Individual Soup Bowls, Set of 5, in Wooden Box, Gold Leaf Wave Pattern
19.80 $
Description
This is a set of 5 Aizu lacquerware soup bowls with lids.
They are unused items that have been stored in their original wooden box and are in excellent condition.
The dynamic gold wave pattern is beautiful and perfect for New Year's or celebratory occasions.
Some parts of the waves have a reddish hue, which is likely an intentional design using the bokashi (graduated shading) technique characteristic of lacquerware.
We are offering these to someone who understands they have been stored at home.
*The contents are unused and in very clean condition, but there are tears in the wrapping paper due to storage and minor scuffs on the wooden box. These are not a problem at all for personal use, but those seeking perfection should refrain from purchasing.*
