30 Blades: Compatible with Roland and most domestic and imported plotters, made of tungsten carbide. High hardness, with springs and blade holder base. 10 pieces per degree.
Application: Good polishing process, suitable for mahogany, wood, PVC color plates, MDF, and other precision cutting.
30°: 30-degree blades are mainly used for cutting very thin window tints and Mylar materials.
45°: 45° blades are the standard blades that come with most vinyl cutters. They are recommended for all standard cast and calendered vinyl, as well as other thin materials like ThermoFlex Plus.
60°: 60° blades are recommended for thicker materials such as reflective film, flock, and twill, as well as sandblast resist.
