Unused deadstock, but please understand there may be some storage wear.

The length is 15cm, but the buckle is curved, so it's effectively about 16cm.
The lug width is 22mm, but these were often the type that you adjusted yourself by filing down. This one is also that type. It seems like it could fit from 22mm down to around 19mm.
