For Kachamon's exclusive use: High-type loft bed with stairs, espace, used

This is a loft bed that my son has used for many years. It looks clean in the photos, but as it was used during his elementary school years, there are many scratches and stains.
It is in good working condition.
It is stable enough for two adults to ride on it.
The stairs are designed to be attached to either the left or right side.
The size is perfect for a 6-tatami mat room.
The wood is pine, and it is not of the highest quality, so please be careful not to overtighten the bolts during assembly. It is also very heavy, so two people will be needed for assembly.

This item is available for pickup only by those who can pick it up in the Mikawa region of Aichi Prefecture (along Route 23).
The item will be disassembled for pickup. There is no assembly manual, but if you are good at this kind of work, you should be able to figure it out from the shape. The bolts will be sorted by location. Also, please understand that you will need a vehicle with a large cargo bed, as some parts are up to 2 meters long.
We are selling this because they want to switch to a regular bed.
