OIGEN Nambu Tekki Tamagoyaki Frying Pan New
This is the Kaku Tamagoyaki (Square Egg Pan) made of iron by Oigen Foundry, a manufacturer of Nambu ironware in Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture.
This is an iron pan for making tamagoyaki, meticulously designed down to the last detail, with varying depths at the front and near the handle to make rolling eggs easier, and a handle designed for easy tilting.
Its moderately small size makes it useful not only for tamagoyaki but also for making small side dishes. Furthermore, its size is perfect for one slice of a commercially available mountain-shaped loaf of bread, allowing you to make delicious crispy butter toast, making it versatile for various uses.
The surface is finished as cast iron without any coating. As you use it, oil will gradually season the surface, making it less prone to sticking. Also, since there is no risk of coatings peeling off, you can use it safely for a long time.
