Made of iron with excellent heat conductivity, it cooks fluffy and delicious tamagoyaki.
It is also highly durable and can be used for a long time with proper seasoning.
The fiber line, a fibrous unevenness on the iron surface, makes contact with food at random points, minimizing sticking and burning, which were weaknesses of iron. This makes handling iron much easier.
It also seasons well with oil, so there's no need for a lengthy oil seasoning process.
Compatible with both IH and gas stoves.
The wooden handle is made of durable, water-resistant teak wood.
