Shigaraki Ware Cat Figurine - Tabby Cat - Handmade Pottery

Thank you for looking.

*Please note that although two cats are shown side-by-side, the one on the left has already been sold.

This is a Shigaraki ware cat figurine.
I am selling it because I am decluttering due to moving and would like to pass it on to someone who will cherish it.

The simple and warm texture of the earth, characteristic of Shigaraki ware, and its calm and gentle expression are very soothing. It has a handmade feel and a design that blends well with both Japanese and Western-style rooms. Since it is pottery, it can be displayed indoors or in the garden.

★Please understand that cracks and the condition of the paint are characteristic of Shigaraki ware.
★To prevent damage to furniture, I have applied a non-slip and cushioning treatment to the bottom. If it comes off, please reattach it with glue or replace it with a new one.
★Although two cats are shown in the photos, this listing is for only one cat, the yellow one on the right (indicated by the arrow ↓ in the photo).

[Product Condition]

Condition: No noticeable scratches or dirt. It has been carefully displayed indoors.
Storage Environment: No smoking, no pets.
Size: Height approx. 14cm / Width approx. 8-9cm (please refer to the ruler in the photo)

[Shipping & Other]
Due to its weight and thickness, the price (3,200 yen) is set at the lowest possible with shipping included.
It will be carefully packed with cushioning material to prevent breakage during shipping.
